If I were to try to provide for our organization the level of IT support that we have with LTech, it would be cost prohibitive. Just from a business standpoint, LTech has become an ally and a good partner with us and it makes our IT affordable, but at the same time top-drawer, good quality.
From a profitability standpoint, since our employees are our resources for generating revenue, we're not billing if they have computer problems. Giving them computers that work allows them to spend time doing what they should be doing, which is generating revenue for us.
