President & CEO
Lee Barnhouse is the President & CEO of LTech Solutions. He is responsible for much of the company’s growth through innovative process structure and developing a culture of service excellence. He is committed to assembling a world-class team of Information Technology professionals. He also functions as the technical leader in a wide array of IT projects for clients. Lee is also a Microsoft Certified Professional with a Network Infrastructure designation.
Professional Services Specialist
Kyle joined LTech in 2016, and serves as a Professional Services Specialist. He is responsible for onsite escalations, installations, and project implementations.
Service Desk Specialist
Freddie joined LTech in 2017, and serves as a Service Desk Specialist. He is responsible for reactive ticket resolution.
Technology Alignment Strategist
Adam joined LTech in 2012, and serves as a Network Administrator. He is responsible for standards alignment, documentation and best-practice implementations. Adam also works closely with our Service Desk Coordinator to ensure prompt remote support for our clients' service requests.
Director of Sales
Jillian Heiser joined LTech in 2012, and serves as Director of Sales. After working in sales for over 10 years, she took a leave from her career to raise her family. She is married and has 2 sons. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, like walking, camping, and boating. At LTech, her primary duties include database management and appointment setting for our outside sales functions.
Director of Centralized Services
Dave Klatka joined the LTech Solutions team in 2011, and currently serves as Director of Centralized Services. He is responsible for maintaining our automation and trouble ticketing platforms, and performing ongoing preventive services.
Director of Operations
Nick Langan joined the LTech Solutions team in 2014. As Director of Operations, his primary duties include service ticket triage and dispatch, so he is likely to be the first person you'll interact with when you call our Service Desk.
