Lee Barnhouse
President

Lee Barnhouse is the founder and President of LTech Solutions. He is responsible for much of the company’s growth through innovative process structure and developing a culture of service excellence. He is committed to assembling a world-class team of Information Technology professionals. He also functions as the technical leader in a wide array of IT projects for clients. Lee is also a Microsoft Certified Professional with a Network Infrastructure designation.

Steve Smolik
Service Manager

Steve Smolik serves as the Service Manager for LTech Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing the service delivery process, and ensuring total client satisfaction with each and every ticket. Steve is the first smiling face and warm voice that many of our clients hear when calling into our Hudson office. Steve helps to coordinate our clients’ issues and processes service tickets in the most efficient manner to ensure a quick resolution. He also helps to follows up with clients to ensure that tickets are completed to their satisfaction. Steve is a master of time and helps the entire team to stay on target.

Jyll Schenault
Office Administrator

Jyll Schenault serves as the Office Administrator for LTech Solutions. She is charge of organizing and maintaining our Hudson headquarters. Jyll helps to manage many day-to-day administrative processes, including answering the phones, managing incoming/outgoing shipping, and planning company events. She also works directly with the President to oversee A/R and A/P functions.

Jillian Heiser
Inside Sales

Jillian Heiser joined LTech as the Inside Sales Representative. After working in sales for over 10 years, she took a leave from her career to raise her family. She is married and has 2 sons. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, like walking, camping, and boating. At LTech, her primary duties include database management and appointment setting for our outside sales representative.

Dave Klatka
Helpdesk Technician

Dave Klatka  joined our team as a Helpdesk Support Specialist. His primary duties include troubleshooting and resolving clients' ongoing technical support requests.

John Chiaro Jr.
Helpdesk Technician

John joined LTech as a Helpdesk Technician. He previously worked for a retail computer and electronics store, but he desired to advance his career in the field of IT. He is currently studying Computer Networking at Cuyahoga Community College and anticipates graduating with his degree within the next year. He has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. At LTech, his primary duties include troubleshooting and resolving clients’ technical support requests.

John currently resides in Garfield Hts.

Tony Cellura
Network Cabling Technician

Tony Cellura joined the LTech Solutions team in 2007 as the lead network cabling technician. He is responsible for managing our Network Infrastructure projects, and supervises cabling installations.
